30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of your procedure or service, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. This policy is designed to ensure that you have adequate time to assess your results and address any concerns with our team.

Consultation Fees

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place
  • If you cancel your consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you may receive a full refund of any prepaid consultation fee
  • Consultation fees are typically applied as a credit toward your procedure if you choose to move forward with treatment

Surgical Procedure Deposits

  • A deposit is required to schedule surgical procedures
  • Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled procedure date
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the procedure may forfeit all or part of the deposit
  • If we need to reschedule your procedure for medical or operational reasons, your deposit will be fully retained and applied to your new date

Refund Eligibility for Procedures

Refund requests for procedures may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete Treatment: If a planned procedure cannot be completed for medical reasons
  • Service Not Rendered: If you paid for a service that was not provided
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged or overcharged
  • Documented Complications: In cases where complications arise directly attributable to our care, we will work with you on appropriate resolution

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully rendered
  • Dissatisfaction with cosmetic results that fall within the normal range of expected outcomes
  • Medications, medical supplies, or products that have been opened or used
  • Post-operative care services that have been provided
  • Administrative fees and processing charges

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our office within 30 days of your procedure or service
  2. Schedule an appointment to discuss your concerns with our medical team
  3. Submit a written refund request including:
    • Your name and contact information
    • Date of procedure or service
    • Detailed explanation of your refund request
    • Any supporting documentation
  4. Allow up to 10 business days for our team to review your request

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
  • For credit card payments, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • You will receive written confirmation once your refund has been processed

Revision Procedures

In some cases, rather than a refund, we may offer a revision procedure at no additional cost or at a reduced fee. This option is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires a consultation with our medical team to determine if revision is appropriate and likely to achieve your desired outcome.

Insurance and Third-Party Payments

For services paid by insurance or third parties, refunds will be processed according to the requirements of those payers. Any patient responsibility portion will be handled according to this policy.

Disputes

If you disagree with our decision regarding your refund request, you may request a review by our patient relations coordinator. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in a manner that respects both our patients and the integrity of our practice.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to services scheduled after the effective date of the change.
